Elmington secures financing for Hillsboro Village project »

Nashville-based Elmington Capital Group has secured $23 million to finance its mixed-use project Belcourt Village in Hillsboro Village, the Business Journal reports. Pinnacle Bank provided the loan. To be finished in 2019, the four-story building will rise at 2111 Belcourt Ave., on a surface parking lot across from the Belcourt Theatre. It will offer retail, residential and office space.
