Nashville-based Elmington Capital Group has  announced the purchase of several parcels fronting both Eighth Avenue South and Edgehill Avenue. The acquisition price was $4.6 million, according to the Nashville Business Journal. The sellers were Apocholypse Park, LLC, and Salama Urban Ministries in partnership with Christ Presbyterian Church.
