The transition of Eighth Avenue South continues as a building located near the Melrose Kroger and long home to a Dollar Tree is slated for an upgrade and has landed an Orangetheory Fitness. The building (see here) sits within the 2600 block of the street across from The Melrose project that is home to Sinema, Fenwick’s, The Sutler and Melrose Billiards. According to marketing materials, Nashville-based Elmington Capital Group owns the 13,098-square-foot, three-space structure and is marketing part of it for lease, noting a façade renovation is slated to begin this quarter.
