The soon-to-open mixed-use building Belcourt Village in Hillsboro Village has landed an Arkansas restaurant and meal preparation business, with a mid-May opening eyed. Twisted Foods, the ownership of which is based in Jonesboro, Arkansas, will take about 3,400 square feet in the building. The address is 2111 Belcourt Ave. across the street from the Belcourt Theatre. Rose Hankins, who began operations of Twisted Foods in 2016, said the Nashville will be the first full-scale location, as the Arkansas location is meal prep only.
