Nashville-based Elmington Capital Group has purchased a prominent Class A office building in the Highland area. The commercial real estate investment and development firm acquired One Highland Place from Highland Avenue Realty LLC for $5.8 million, according to Jefferson County public records. The firm plans strategic interior and exterior renovations for the three-story, 65,536-square-foot building located at 2145-2151 Highland Ave.
