A group of 21 Nashville affordable housing leaders and advocates will convene later this month to begin preparing recommendations for next year’s budget, at the mayor’s request. The new task force is charged with finding better solutions to Nashville’s “urgent” need for more workforce and low-income housing, Mayor John Cooper said.
