Images have been released related to Elmington Capital Group’s massive mixed-use project for the Edgehill site home to apartment complex The Park at Hillside. The massive project is expected to offer buildings with upwards of 1,200 residents and buildings spanning 600,000 square feet and accommodating retail and office space. The project is expected to take five to 15 years to unfold. Relatedly, Elmington has landed two permits for the Hillside Flats component of the overall project. The address of Hillside Flats will be 500 Hillside Court.
