A well-recognized office property located near the heart of Hillsboro Village has sold for $5.15 million. Originally home to three residences now used as office space, the property has an address of 1935 21st Ave. S. and sits about one block south of the popular district’s commercial epicenter. It had no tenants when the sale finalized. The new owner is an LLC affiliated with Nashville-based real estate investment and development company Elmington Capital Group. That company is seeing the construction completion of its mixed-used building Belcourt Village (read here) across from the Belcourt Theatre in Hillsboro Village.
