Elmington Capital Group has paid $28 million for an office building near Centennial Park and is pursuing a new tenant for the former Kobe Steaks space on the ground floor. With its acquisition of the 12-story, 125,440-square-foot Parkview Towers at 210 25th Ave N., the Nashville-based real estate investment and development firm now has 500,000 square feet of commercial space under ownership and management locally.
